Shipping Policy
1. What is the cost of shipping?
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Enjoy our high-quality products from anywhere in the world without worrying about shipping costs.
2. How long will it take for the order to reach me?
For estimated shipping and delivery timelines, please refer to the product page. Typically, it takes 10-12 working days for domestic orders and 12-15 working days for international orders to ship from our end. If you have placed an order with multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Estimated delivery times are indicative, and there might be occasional delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays.
3. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We strive to deliver your products within the estimated time. If your package hasn't arrived by the expected date, please contact us at (+91) 8169106721 or email us at care@thodadrama.com, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
4. My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your package status 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.
If we cannot fulfill your order within 20 days, it will be cancelled. (Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated arrival date—please refer to individual product information).
- Prepaid shipping orders: 7-12 business days.
- International orders: 12-15 working days.
- Cash on delivery orders: 10-12 business days.
Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for customs and duties. We cannot estimate these charges before or after placing an order, nor can we guarantee whether an order will incur such charges, as this is beyond our control.
Self Collection @ Thoda Drama
If you prefer to collect your order, please email us at care@thodadrama.com with your order number upon confirmation. Orders not collected within 2 working days will be mailed to the provided shipping address. Self-collection is available one day after placing the order.
Cancellation
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation by Thoda Drama
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason. Situations that may lead to cancellation include limitations on purchase quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification before accepting any order. You will be contacted if any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed. By placing an order, you agree to accept our decision regarding cancellations.
Courier
- Delivery time: 8 business days (excluding payment verification and administrative processes).
- Order processing: Within 48 hours of payment verification (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery: Trackable.
The recipient (or someone at the address) must sign for the package. If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery up to two more times. You will be contacted by the courier company to arrange a suitable redelivery time. Once the order is shipped, we will send you the courier company name and tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier company.
