As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Thodadrama pieces are sold they can be exchanged either with a different product or the replacement in a bigger or smaller size, for the same product (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

Once we receive your exchange items, we will inspect them and process the exchange within 7-12 working days. You will receive the new product or size as soon as the exchange is processed.

To place an order, simply browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Delivery times depend on your location chosen. Typically, orders are processed within 7-10 business days and delivered within 7 - 12 business days for standard shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

We are based in Mumbai, India, but our products are available for purchase online and shipped worldwide.
